Welcome to the first episode of the Ingrained & Balanced podcast! The show features two longtime friends, Lonnie and Marty, who are busy entrepreneurs and proud fathers who have one important thing in common – the desire to quench their constant thirst for knowledge on living a well-balanced lifestyle.

The series begins with our hosts filling listeners in on their backstory, why they created this podcast, and what to expect in future episodes. Lonnie is a recently converted plant-based eater with a workout regimen that includes HIIT training, yoga, and cycling. Meanwhile, co-host Marty enjoys a more traditional diet and intends to continue eating meat and lifting heavy in the gym until his body says otherwise.

While our hosts have walked different paths and lived opposite lifestyles, they both strive to improve their health and fitness in ways that align with their goals and values!

This podcast will feature frequent guests, from your everyday business professionals to fitness trainers, life coaches, nutritionists, and more. So tune in each week as the Ingrained & Balanced hosts dive deeper into health & wellness. Discussing topics related to exercise, nutrition, recovery, mindset, time management, cognitive health, and personal relationships.
